The modern Parkland Suite has state of the art audio visual facilities, which can be discussed with your dedicated event organiser, and is located within St. Thomas Priory Golf Course's refurbished club house, part of the Hawkesyard Estate. The Parkland Suite provides a modern flexible self-contained conference facility which is ideally located for businesses in and around Rugeley, Cannock, Lichfield and the wider area. The Parkland Suite benefits from views across the stunning 18-hole championship golf course with French doors opening onto a large patio area with seating. The Parkland Suite also has its own private fully stocked licensed bar.

Located at historic Hawkesyard Hall are two further meeting rooms decorated in period style and overlooking the manicured gardens. The Sir Robert Peel Room seats up to 16 delegates around Sir Robert Peel's very own dining room table. The Lister Suite seats up to 80 delegates and is also licensed for civil marriages.

The on-site practice range, putting area, training academy and golf professional can all be utilised by conference guests with prior arrangement.
