Towpath litter action

Bookmark and Share

Local Rugeley residents have highlighted the problem of litter near the 'Bloody Steps' and there is a call to those who care to help clear up the problem.

In a bid to clear up this mess, the local branch of the Inland Waterways Association is joining with British Waterways to have a 'towpath tidy' on Saturday, March 7.

Volunteers are asked to meet at canal bridge 66, Leathermill Lane, Rugeley WS15 2HN at 10am to help clear the mess.

Many hands make light work.
