Watch out for hidden charges from store cards!
Do you have a store card for your favourite store, or perhaps even a few? Beware the changes being introduced that could leave you faced with a charge for not using it!
In a recent announcement, Santander, the biggest supplier of store cards in the UK, announced changes to their terms and conditions. In the small print is a clause that allows the bank to charge the customer £10 if the card has not been used for a six month period.
