Fantastic, the Staff are amazing - nothing is too much trouble. Its clean and well presented, there is plenty of litrature/real life displays of animal patients who have ailments treated by Rainsbrook with a happy ending available to read during the short wait. Nurses clinics to get free advise and treatments. What more could a furry friend need.
I've been a customer for over 10 years and their dedication, commitment and superb client animal care is second to none. The receptionists are incredibly friendly, and professional - always welcoming and calm under pressure - a real asset to the practice. Tonight's visit was - as always - handled with sensitivity and patience, and the vet's knowledge and breadth of experience was reassuring. I always know that my pets are receiving the best possible care from professional animal-lovers.
I have been using this vets for over 20 years and I have always found them helpful and friendly as well as being professional. I have owned several cats with serious health problems and they have always been given the best of care. At the moment I have a diabetic cat and the advice and care given has been exceptional and enabled me to cope confidently with the daily injections.

Wonderful pet care! They look after all my cats so well. One had a tail injury and the vets cured it with honey! They provide special diet food for another of my cats. Always friendly and helpful staff.

They are always so helpful and polite always answer the phone promptly and there are always bits of information about what to do with animals at christmas and on bonfire night, which is very helpful for us.
