When you are in business the keys to staying sane in the good and bad times, I believe are Mental, Physical and Spiritual Wellbeing. I was persuaded the other evening that rather than just flop in the chair with a book, relaxing music and a nice glass of red, that I should attend one of George Houguez Breathing Meditation for Relaxation and Self Realisation Classes. I was pleasantly surprised. It was a guided meditation session with a themed talk prior and discussion after. Really interesting, relaxing and good to meet new people in a completely new environment. I used to think that hypnotherapy was the complete domination of one individuals mind over another. Never to keen on it. However I realised that as my physiological ( need to relax ) and psychological ( need to stop thinking ) needs during the meditation were being met. I was inducing my own state of hypnoses and it felt good. I will certainly use and put into practice what I have learnt from George and other members of the group and may even go again. Perhaps he has hypnotised me after all. I was told he was good.
