Save yourself some money and help a great organisation with the Rugby District Scouts' Christmas Post service.
This year will see the 29th Christmas postal service run by the Rugby District Scouts, and you can not only slash your local posting costs almost in half, but help to raise some funds for the Rugby District Scouts.
Almost two billion Christmas cards are sent each year in the UK alone, and second class post is now a massive 36p, which has driven up the costs for anyone sending Christmas cards locally. But the Scouts will help you save a packet when you buy their special stamps for just 20p!
The postal service covers Rugby, Newton, Millmorton, Bilton, Dunchurch, Thurlaston, Newbold, Brownsover, Cawston, Clifton and Long Lawton, with collections up until Saturday 17th December 2011.
All you have to do is to remember to post your cards in any one of the 12 special collection boxes around the region. Why not make it your good deed for the day and save yourself some money along the way!
