I have found over the years that there are a few people you should be able to talk to well. That includes your doctor, dentist and of course your accountant.
Whenever I have called his office, it is Jonathan who answers the phone. If he is busy he would say and arrange to call me back at another time.
Also he talks to me in away that I can understand. I am a plumber!
Costs are important but service etc is as well
