KS VA aims to help small businesses and one (wo)man businesses to achieve their admin tasks. This will then enable them to get on with their main job rather than undertaking the more mundane admin tasks, which KS VA seems to enjoy doing!
Services are offered on an hourly basis or as a monthly bundle:

You can decide how many hours work to request. For example, you may only want to pay for a couple of hours or you may decide to select a block of 10 hours or more. KS VA will use a time sheet to keep you updated with how much time has been used and how much time you have left. It will be left at your discretion as to whether or not you would like to increase the hours.

I've started up a company providing project management consultancy to media agencies. It's been a good year and I seem to have bucked the trend and found a lot of work. However, the downside of that is a loss of time. I just don't have time to do everything I want to do in my life and I've been looking at ways to get some time back. There are all kinds of admin tasks that are simply time-consuming and I would happily pay for somebody else to do them, providing they were capable and could get the job done as quickly as, or quicker than, I could. Most recently, I've used KSVA to book travel and I couldn't have done what Kathryne accomplished in the time it took her. The internet is great for booking simple, inexpensive trips consisting of point to point travel, but I was struggling to find the right flight connections for a non-standard journey. The only times I had in my busy schedule were random 5-10 mins here and there to try for myself and, over the course of a couple of weeks, I'd wasted hours trying to find a trip that suited my needs. Once I'd briefed Kathryne, she booked and planned everything I needed within 1.5 hours, well within the travel budget I'd set. I knew it could be done, I just didn't have time to do it. There are so many things KSVA can achieve in less real time than it would take me. Kathryne is fast, efficient and intelligent and I won't hesitate to throw more work her way because I can trust that she will probably do it better than I can!
Kathryne has become my indispensable virtual assistant over the months since I started working with her. I have found her to be professional, reliable and efficient; all for a cost-effective fee. While 'virtual assisting' me she has performed the following tasks well (to name a few): - created brochures, loyalty cards, invitations, advertising posters, postcards, fridge magnet give aways etc to promote my business. This has included using text I supply which she formats using my branding and taking my ideas verbally over the phone and creating first drafts for me to work from and refine - created my first email newsletter using Mailchimp, set up the distribution list and monitored reader statistics - researched legal and insurance requirements I needed to know about for making and selling my own aromatherapy products - found cost effective suppliers for some product raw materials - set up an Excel spreadsheet template for me to use to monitor product costings - researched and designed product information file/safety instructions sheets for products so that I meet legal requirements - liaised with a therapist's uniform supplier to get my logo produced in embroidery to put on new uniforms - helped me set up my Face Book business account, put me in touch with other Face Book groups that support small businesses and taken on some tasks as page administrator and basically been there whenever I've needed her with ideas and advice. She's been a good sounding board for my ideas, has lots of common sense - plus a great sense of humour - and she works well with a minimum of direction from me. Her invaluable help means, as my business grows, I can get on with delivering excellent front line customer service while she works in the background to keep on top of the research, admin and development tasks I have less time for nowadays. I am happy to recommend her to any small business needing that little bit of extra help on either a regular or ad hoc basis.
