Just a quick email to say a big thank you for all your help with the arrangements for the Annual Meeting held on 19th May, 2010. Everything went really well and we have had loads of compliments. Please pass on my thanks to Michelle, Nigel and all the bar staff.

Apologies for the delay in sending this, but I would like to say a big thank you to you for all your help in arranging the Annual Council Meeting and Civic Celebration Dinner on 20th May.
Please pass on our sincere thanks to Lord Caterers, the meal was superb and we’ve received so many compliments.
Nigel and the bar staff worked really hard and everything ran really smoothly.
Everything went brilliantly and I would be grateful if you would pass on our thanks to everyone involved.
I’ll be in touch when the Mayor decides on a date for the Mayor’s Ball.

I write to express my sincere thanks to you and the Riverside staff for all your help regarding Angela and I’s Civic Sunday commemorations.
As always you’ve been most helpful and professional throughout the whole process, which has been much appreciated. The room looked wonderful and the flowers were beautiful. The buffet in the chamber (which i appreciate was a bit of a last minute decision) was delicious and very much appreciated by those guests who had travelled a good distance to be with us on the day.
Thank you also for your flexibility and understanding in the face of the appalling weather.
