Whether you are a professional cyclist or just a beginner, the Lancashire Loop Challenge has something for individuals of all abilities. The 18 mile cycle route is perfect for families, cycling on a flat gradient with very few hills. With this particular route, you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Cockerham Sands whilst raising money for a fantastic cause.

The 50 mile cycle route is for experienced or simply enthusiastic cyclists. A number of novice cyclists have completed this route; the difficulty is mainly at the beginning of the route with a number of hills before the 30 mile mark.

100 miles including a 5,000ft climb - for professional and experienced cyclists who love a good challenge!

This event will feature medics, a bike mechanic and supporters; the route is completely safe too.

The registration point for the Lancashire Loop Challenge will be at Cockerham Village Hall before it's the time comes to get pedalling.

MedEquip4Kids is a registered charity providing medical equipment for children in hospitals, which the NHS will not fund. It is designed to offer state-of-the-art equipment that is known to improve the care of children.
