I have just had a new Blackberry from Will at Sprint Communications, my renewal was due with my current provider and I asked Will to see if he could beat the deal they offered me. My current provider offered me an attractive deal to stay with them, Cashback, more texts, more minutes and free Internet. Sprint offered me the same great deal PLUS Insurance and the personasl service which I would not have got with my existing provider. You cant beat the personal touch, Will spent almost an hour setting up my new phone and ensuring I was ok with the new phones settings, he's even popping back to do the connection to my Parrot for me! Excellent service and I didnt have to do anything at all, the change was as simple as me signing my name on the paperwork. Excellent service, lovely people and a pleasure to do business with! Debi
I asked Will to look at my current mobile and land line call cost to see if he could reduce them, i was paying between £40-£60 per month on top ups and £100-£150 per Month on my land line calls not including line rental, with the contract will has arranged for me I will be saving between £1680 and £2520 a year on call cost alone. Both Will and Nicola are helpful and provide a first class hassle free service that I would recommend to anyone. I will be going on holiday with my savings, Iâll send you a post card Will.
