“We have been tenants at 61 Mosley Street since summer 2012 and since then our business has gone from strength to strength – we needed more space and Crystal made the move within the building to a bigger suite seamless. I would recommend them as Landlords to anyone looking for space within the city centre.” Alistair Dootson, Dootsonic, Suite 2 Third Floor 61 Mosley Street (Previously Suite 5 First Floor)
“I have opened an injury rehabilitation clinic in Grosvenor House. I am a local of Prestwich and graduated from University of Salford so it is great to be helping local people to get rid of the pain and frustration that injuries cause. We treat any type of injury, from neck and back pain caused by sitting at a computer all day to sports injuries or whiplash from a car accident. “As soon as I saw the suite in Grosvenor House I could see that it fitted my needs perfectly. I wanted somewhere that was easy for injured customers to get to and provided a safe environment for me to treat their injuries and that is what I have. It also gives us the freedom to offer appointments when people need them such as early mornings, evenings and at the weekend. “The staff at Hurstwood have been so helpful, they have even provided a sofa and chair in reception so that there is somewhere for my customers to sit before their appointment. “Being local and being a supporter of our local community means that if I think that other forms of care or treatment are beneficial to them I will recommend another local business. We are fortunate to have so many great local businesses in Prestwich and Salford, that if a patient needs yoga or acupuncture for example, I can point them in the right direction. I really look forward to forming better relationships with other local health businesses.” Niki Jordon, Achieve Injury Rehab, Suite 1a Grosvenor House
“We were actually already tenants at Grosvenor housed, but, due to increase space needs, we have moved into larger offices in the refurbished section. “We chose Grosvenor House originally due to its convenient location and extensive parking – but the deciding factor when we needed more space was the uniquely warm community spirit among the tenants.” Mark Benson, Managing Director Overstocks International, 1b & 1c Grosvenor House
"The location is perfect for us. The suite captures the light throughout the day and will be a terrific base for our future development. As a company that is committed to reducing the carbon footprint, maximising natural light and minimal impact on the environment from travel to work were essential requirements. 61 Mosley Street fitted the specification perfectly." Paul Hesketh, Chairman EmissionO, Suites 4 & 5 - 2nd Floor 61 Mosley Street
“Our new office at Hurstwood House is excellent; good value, great facilities and in the ideal location for us. It is to be used for a showroom for wholesale shoes. At the moment we will be not employing anyone but if it goes well then we will do.” Jason Harris, Suite 1 Hurstwood House
"We have now been based at Northwich Business Centre a month and we are very happy at our new premises. The facilities provided are of an excellent standard and the rents are set at a very good rate which is very important in the current climate. The building originally appealed to us as it is in a great location very central to the town with the local train station within walking distance. It is a building that everyone is aware of locally and it is nice to see that it has been put to good use. There is a very friendly atmosphere with the tenants that have currently moved in and the plan is to set up a networking system in the future.” Joanna Hannon, Euro Access Scaffolding, Suite S24 Northwich Business Centre
“As Commando Joes is going through a rapid expansion, we wanted a premises where we could train new staff, welcome guests as well as create workable office space for our team. We chose Leigh Business Park as it’s in a great location, close to the motorway and perfect for our staff to use as a base as they are out and about in schools all across the UK.” Michael Hamilton, Director Commando Joe’s, Unit 5 Leigh Business Park
“We are an expanding business and needed the extra room for storing more stock lines. We may have waited another 12 months to move to a bigger unit but when the bigger unit came up for rent on the same estate we had to have it. The location is perfect as we are just over the road from one of our main suppliers, Carlisle Brass. The estate is very secure with external CCTV etc.” Andrew Jones, TDK Architectural, Unit 2 Waterfall Trade Park
“For us, Hurstwood Court is the ideal location. The unit is a good size, with a balance of office and warehouse space which is often hard to find. Its location is ideal, being near both the M6 and the M65. It is also a clean, modern estate that we are proud to be making our home and look forward to having customers on site. The pricing of the unit is affordable and will help us grow our business.” Jonathan Caswell, Managing Director 10ofThose, Unit 9D Hurstwood Court Leyland
“I was impressed with the grandeur of the building as well as the overall cleanliness and its roadside appeal. I’m sure that visitors will be very impressed.” Tim O’Malley, Wavelength Consultants, Suite 20 Edwin Foden Business Centre
“At Atrium Legal we have seen amazing growth over the last year and are in the process of recruiting a further 50 staff. We are delighted to work with Hurstwood Holdings in our expansion plans by taking on an extra 2550 square feet. They have been very helpful and supportive in bringing our vision to life.” Chris Evans, Atrium Legal Services, Suite 10a New Hall Hey Business Centre
“Consumer Focus Direct searched vigorously to find an office that would be suitable for growth, client hospitality, staff moral and most important recruitment. We decided that Marshall House had all the elements we were looking for; most importantly the level of service we received from Hurstwood in the selection process was second to none. Hurstwood tailor-made a package to suit our budget, guided us through the legal process and helped organise an effortless move.” Michael Woolfe, Director Consumer Focus Direct Ltd, 3rd Floor Marshall House
Marshalll House is in the ideal location for us and our customers, situated in the heart of Preston city centre. It's a landmark building in a prominent position in ringway and has everything we need; modern, open-plan office space at a reasonable rent as well as on-site parking and excellent train and bus transport links - crucial in making us accessible as possible for the people using our service.
We're very pleased to have into Portside Industrial Estate which is ideal for motorway access for our customers.
Taylors court is ideal for us. It is in the right location and is a very prominent building in the town. Hurstwood were extremely helpful and we are delighted to have secured the premesis.
Following the award of a significant contract with Rotheram MBC, TLC Homecare Ltd, a three star excellent rated care at home provider and part of the Optimo Care Group were keen to secure high quality office accommodation in Rotherham, Hurstwood and their property at Taylors court was an obvious choice. The team at hurstwood worked with us closely to ensure we could take occupation in a short period of time, we were pleased with how quickly they turned the project around, we would recommend their approach.
Following a period of expansion Proweld Engineering and our sister company QA NDE Lts required additional working space to complement our existing premesis. We contacted Mark of Legat Owen and he duly arranged a visit to Portside Industrial Estate that was ideally suited to us geographically not least because of its proximity to our other unit but also the fact that it has good transport links being just off the M53 and is also in the heart of our existing client base.
We picked the unit size and location close to taxi ranks and bus station but away from residential areas. It's going to be a late night venue called Vogue and be primarily open Friday and Saturday nights from 7pm to 4 am with live music and bands and DJ later on. People get more inforamtion by adding Vo Rawtenstall on facebook or the pages Vogues Bars thanks, Karl and Sarah.
I chose the unit on Millers Bridge mainly because of the location; within easy reach of motorways and close to the city centre. Also in the line of work i do (bespoke vehicle conversions) having most of the major car dealerships located along Derby Road should be a good thing. Another reason for choosing the location was being eligible for Step Cleve. The unit itself was nice, clean and freshly painted and the site itself is not too overcrowded with a good selection of other businesses on it. Andrew at Hurstwood was also very helpful and professional whilst dealing with me from sart to finish.
Instep were looking for offices in the Sandbach and surrounding area that could provide and open plan office layout in a modern and spacious surrounding - the Edwin Foden Business Centre offers just this. Nearby access to both the M6 motorway and the rail network also makes it an easy place to travel to and from.
We think that this will be the ideal premesis for us as we look to expand our business.
We liked how new the unit was and how the courtyard was laid out. There are alot of local businesses together.
Our unit at New Hall Hey has suited us very well - the location, access and parking are all excellent and the units are ideal for small companies like ourselves. After struggling for some time, we had to face the fact that we just did not have enough room; so, when the unit adjoining ours became vacant, the obvious answer was to expand into that, gaining the space we needed without the expense and hassle of moving.
âI chose to locate at Station House due to sustained growth and new development plans for my company, Metis HR which specialises in helping employers deal with all employee related problems. I shall be starting the New Year by offering free employment advice surgeries to Rossendale employers and needed good quality, centrally located office premises from which to deliver them. Station House fit the bill perfectly. â2012 is looking to be a year of growth and development for Metis HR, with new offices and the free Tuesday night HR Surgeries â I canât wait!â Alison Driver, Managing Director of Metis HR, Suite 3 Station House
âI must say that right from the first contact we made with Hurstwood Developments, it was obvious we were speaking to a very professional organisation. The deal went very smoothly, with no unnecessary red tape just a simple, no nonsense lease; the premises are in absolutely A1 condition. Our move to the Courtyard being very smooth, we did, however, have one small glitch. The up and over door jammed in the up position at around 5pm on the day we were moving into the premises, your first thoughts are, am I going to be here all night, but after making a call to Hurstwood Developments their resident maintenance man was with us within an hour or so. The door problem was sorted and we all went home at a respectable hour. That said it all for me, a bit of support when your back is against the wall. Itâs early days for the Best Partnership in our new premises here at the Courtyard, but I must say we feel rather settled already.â Roy Slator, Managing Director, The Best Partnership (UK) Ltd, Unit 14 The Courtyard
