Very impressed with the support given before and after the rental, especially as Jason and his team were helping me out as my previous rental company had let me down at the last minute. We can't speak highly enough of the friendly and efficient way everything was handled by Jason and the Team at Freedhome. We were completely new to motorhomes and so a little apprehensive but we needn’t have worried as the whole experience is absolutely worth a mention. We were keen to “try before you buy” and the choice of new vehicles was a big attraction for us. We were reassured too by our several telephone conversations with Jason beforehand plus the e-mailing to us of all the documentation needed. The motor home itself was immaculately prepared and the handover by Jason himself was comprehensive with a detailed explanation of how everything works. Jason told us to contact him if we needed any assistance during the hire. He also arranged to securely garage our car and so we felt very well looked after. We would recommend Freedhome without hesitation going by our experience and we will be renting from them again. They are a pleasure to do business with!

Hired a Freedhome 6 berth for use at the Solfest Music Festival. Price was keen, equipment was above and beyond including such as salt and pepper, folding chairs, disposable BBQ and even bedding. Motorhome was spotless, handover was thorough and I always learn something about customer service from Academy Group.
