Virtual VoIP Telephone Services - You can make telephone calls over the internet when using your broadband connection and our control panel. Almost like having your own local telephone exchange (PBX), easy to use web interface to manage extension numbers and call groups - perfect for virtual companies and home workers.

• Full range of PBX features - Voicemail, Hunt Groups, "follow me", Caller ID (which includes the name of the caller where known.)

• Also advanced routing options - IVR, time-of-day routing and voice prompts.

Adepteo's Virtual Switchboard Service

Adepteo Virtual Switchboard uses the special internet protocol (SIP) to carry voice over any broadband internet connection. It offers a single telephony solution for all sizes of organizations and businesses.

Adepteo locally based telephone systems provider deal with sole traders and small companies, as well as the same protocols being used by Bury Council throughout the organization.

Software and Hardware

You will make and receive telephone calls to and from "real" telephone numbers or other VoIP users, using a desktop phone supplied by Adepteo. You will not need any other type of hardware and your computer can even be switched off. You will need a Broadband or ADSL connection. Adepteo can even supply this service to your Rossendale business if required.

Offline

Your online calls can be forwarded to another regular (PSTN) number (at a cost) or delivered to your voicemail.

Reserving Sequential Telephone Numbers

If you think you may need additional telephone numbers in the future, as your business may grow, then you can reserve them when ordering your original telephone numbers. This will cost 50p per reserved number per month. To activate them just contact Adepteo. Once activated, the numbers are charged at the normal rate of £5 per month.

Prices

The telephone hardware cost £70 per handset. There is also a one off setup charge of £75. The Monthly charges are based on £10 per handset and £5 per number per month.

Keep Your Existing Number

Adepteo are able to transfer geographic telephone numbers from BT to our service Area Codes.

Adepteo offer complete UK wide coverage with telephone numbers in every area code, plus 0870, 0800 and 0845,so you can have a real 01, 02 or 03 number of your own choice.

Fax To E-mail

- Receive all faxes as emails (.tif image files as attachments.)

- Store them easily on your PC and allows for optional printing.

- Pick any UK area code to ensure a "local" fax number.

- Eliminate the need for a second telephone line for fax services.

- Receive faxes remotely i.e. whilst traveling on business.

- Receiving faxes at no charge, just a one off set up cost £10 and a low monthly rental £3 .
