At an early age we are bombarded
with the ideas of enviromental problems.
We are blamed for crimes that we've committed
Committed against mother nature!
Bombarded with questions and opinions of how to solve
Problems that arise becaus of mistakes
Committed by us against
nature!
Take a step back,
we just arrived
It's the generation before us that wasted the gas,
We should work together
instead of pointing fingers
Let's work towards a better world
Let's all do the Green thing?
It's not a one person job
we all need to be involved
Build wind mills like those near Rochdale
or Hydro plants with turbines
solar panels and more
Stop burning gas
and igniting coal
and making all this mess
We keep are house clean
and our lawns are green
Doesn't the world deserve us not being mean?
It's everyones home
let's clean it up
Though green represents a whole bunch of messy stuff
In this case it means to gleam
it's wholesome and refreshing
and the best thing for us
So let's do the green thing
If you don't then it's time to wave goodbye,
to breathable air,
and drinkable water
to healthy fruits and veg
and beautiful flowers
Say bye to colour, to sunshine and fragrance
and embrace the darkness, the smog and pollution
Or you could Do the Green thing
and help make things right
so we can avoid our doom and keep the world bright!
