As a freelance Structural Engineer committed to quality of service, professionalism and excellent structural design, it can be frustrating dealing with less motivated people who lack that professional edge and drive to be the best.

Recently, instead of repeating my usual internet order, I passed a referral to Amy Hughes of Bury Creative to provide me with a batch of business cards. I considered the fact that this would probably be more expensive than my internet order, but that it would be a better service and I would feel good about bringing my first referral to the group.

What happened next greatly exceeded my expectations. Whilst I believed that my order clearly wouldn't put me on Bury Creative's 'A' list of clients, my experience was quite the opposite. I was very much made to feel like their most important client ever. The time which they bestowed upon me to make sure I understood the charges and to ensure that I was happy with the art work was profuse. The delivery of my new cards happened exactly when they said it would be even though I made changes on the day the artwork went to print.
