Rachel worked very hard to build trust with Mum and gained her confidence quickly. As a direct result, Mum settled in to the routine without too much difficulty. I know that Mum now firmly believes she has gained a new friend/friends which is good news. Long may the arrangements continue!

As you know, I have just returned from holiday in Spain made possible thanks to the 'live-in' care package provided for Mum by Bluebird Care. One Bluebird in particular, Rachel, supported Mum throughout and really does deserve special mention. She was helped by all the other carers including Joanne and Donna. Please pass on a great big THANK YOU to Rachel and to all those who have been/are involved in looking after Mum. She is now much better in herself and we are both very grateful to you all.

I have only been with Bluebird for a short time but at 80 I only wish I had known about them sooner. They are very pleasant people and their work is exemplary, ask and they will clean up.
