I find difficult to agree that a 747 could wrongly be put in a category of "quiet planes", unless maybe the transportation ministry staff never flew -that would be like a street planner who never rode a bicycle designing a cycling path.
For me, it is yet another proof of the collusion between the Department for Transport and BAA.
