The TW9 process

TW9 Fitness is a comprehensive lifestyle plan. Training will include resistance training (weights, dumbells, bands, machines), flexibility (stretching), nutrition (eating sensibly without hoping on a diet bandwagon), cardiovascular conditioning and functional training. You will learn proper technique and why each of these areas are important.

Beginning with a free initial consultation and training session of 1 hour, TW9 Fitness will identify your strengths, weaknesses, setting out realistic and achievable goals in weight loss, strength training, sport events (e.g. first 10k or marathon) and social events (e.g. Wedding, Holidays).

Training sessions will be altered with how hard you work over specific periods of time, so that you stay interested and focused whilst having fun and keeping the results and changes coming.

TW9 Fitness can provide:

  • Specific programs for special events: your wedding, a marathon, a triathlon or charity run
  • Weight management and nutrition
  • Functional core conditioning
  • Strength and power training
  • Postural analysis and correction

To get results, will need your co-operation, enthusiam, and steady attendance commitment to allow you to see the best results and achievement. Two training sessions a week are advised as the best way forward with each other day training on your own.

Assessments are done at Pools on the Park in Richmond. All other sessions are carried out either at Pools on the Park, where membership is required for best results, or outdoors in a park near you at home or office.

Stuart is a hard task master! At the same time he manages to gently coax the best out of me! He pushes me just at the right time when I would give up on myself and gently encourages me and I arrive at the end of the session feeling alive, happy and proud of myself. Stuart's way is all about encouraging, motivating and building his client ability and confidence, never about him, as can often be the case with personal trainers. He combines respect, courtesy and tenacity so you never actually realise how much he is helping you achieve, until the next day when everything aches! He is knowledgeable about diet, and how the body works, both physically and psychologically. A very unique Personal Trainer in my view.
