A great change to all those generic high-street chains, where 3 different people do different things and you're being tossed from place to place and from person to person. My hair was cut by Georgina and it's been the best cut I had for ages - my hair finally looks good even if I don't style it (and usually I don't). She's efficient, quick and very talented. The only weak point I can think of is lack of a card machine and complimentary coffea/tea, and while the former would make life much easier, the latter is just a suggestion. They use organic haircare poducts which is a big plus.
