5 years ago I moved to Spain but recently stayed with family in Richmond for a birthday. I ended up staying longer than planned and when the washing machine broke down an old friend suggested The Laundry Room. The lady was attentive, friendly and my laundry smelt AMAZING!!! Honestly magic hands! I also received a text when it was ready. Wish there was one in Spain!

A quick efficient service courteously and professionally run. The manager gives 110% service and really cares about her customers and the service she provides. She always opens the laundrette punctually and gives plenty of notice by poster when the laundrette will be closed ie. Xmas, bank holidays.

It does all my washing! And it does it quickly and efficiently too. Instead of spending all day Saturday washing and drying, The Laundry Room turns all my washing round in 2 hours. I get to spend time with my children instead.
