I took part in the Beez Kneez antenatal classes in Chiswick throughout my second and into the third trimester of this my second pregnancy. They were brilliant! The evening timing was great, allowing my husband to get home in time to babysit and it was so nice to be surrounded by so many other pregnant women who were also keen to stay fit and active. When I started I hadn’t done any strengthening work since my first child was born 12months before and I was having considerable problems with my hips. Vicki was very supportive and did a fantastic job modifying the exercises so that they were still challenging but also safe and suitable for me. I’m due today and I feel confident that the work I did with Beez Kneez will help me have the active labour I’m looking forward to. I’m already feeling excited about getting into some post-natal exercise! Thanks Vicki and Beez Kneez.

These classes are the best! I had twins so I really wanted to strengthen and tone my stomach muscles, which I've achieved with Beez Kneez. My instructor was so enthusiastic and motivating and working with someone specifically trained in post natal was very reassuring.

Thanks for helping me be in reasonable shape for childbirth! I was in labour for only 5 hours, as opposed to 18 hours with my first and the baby was 9lbs 9oz's! I made a quick recovery - so all the pregnancy fitness classes paid off!

I work as a GP in Chiswick. Last summer I decided to finally do something about my weight that had slowly risen over the years and I was also really keen to get fit.

I followed the Beez Kneez nutrition and exercise programme personalised for me. I soon began to have more energy and feel fitter. The weight has come off slowly but surely and without deprivation.

In fact my diet is probably the healthiest it's ever been with the emphasis being on loads of vegetables and fruit and minimal processed or sugary foods. I've been disciplined with exercise and found a routine, which fits my busy lifestyle (Mum, 3 children, part time job etc).

I've lost over a stone in the last 6 months and have reached my target weight. This is a real personal success and a great confidence booster.

Vicky's advice is clear and simple and makes you wonder why all the diet books make such a meal of things! She knows exactly what she's talking about and she's passionate about her subject - and also realistic about how life's other demands can get in the way of sticking to the right food and exercise plans.

I've really enjoyed seeing Fran every week - I know I certainly wouldn't do any exercise if she wasn't here! At least I know that and have done something about it I guess. I'm so happy with the results and I'm really enjoying the sessions - particularly the boxing.
