Understanding exactly what other mums to-be and new mums feel, The Beez Kneez devised a plan and programme to help clients maintain fitness in pregnancy and spring back into shape after the baby.

This programme provides an enjoyable and enlightening experience whilst understanding the different needs and challenges of mums to be and new mums at a very exciting yet life changing time.

The Beez Kneez Mamas

These courses are for Mums, no matter when you had the baby. With the focus on 'core fitness' teaching your body to use your deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor. The key to flattening the Mummy Tummy.

 

Personal Training

 

The Beez Kneez Personal Trainers all have specific prenatal and post natal fitness qualifications, expertise and combined thirty years of experience with clients.

Each programme is expertly adapted to suit your individual body's needs. A bespoke action plan with one to one tuition is the perfect choice if you want to see and feel results fairly quickly.
