Shirley Royle B&B Testimonials

My husband and I stayed at Shirley's B&B in October 2011, it was central to everything we wanted to do - the National Archives Kew was a short walk away, as was the Kew Gardens Village where we could select somewhere to have dinner or shop, this is where the train station is as well. If we turned out of Shirley's gate and took the opposite direction, a short walk brought us to some shops, a pub and a resteraunt. I just loved Shirley's house, it is a credit to Shirley and her husband, they were friendly and willing to give us tourist information, relaxed atmosphere. I have stayed at a couple of B&Bs near the National Archives but to me this was the best.

We stayed with Shirley Royle and found it a very good experience. When Shirley found that we didnʼt drink tea or coffee but had peppermint teabags with us she went out and bought some more specially for us. Nice one, thank you Shirley.

We also found that Shirley has a number of long-term and repeat guests. One of them told us he had stayed in a number of other local B and B and considered Shirleyʼs house to be the best. We could see why. Best for friendliness, being helpful and a really good breakfast without cooking.
