The staff are always helpful and friendly no matter whom I speak to, and the fact that they have been with you so many years speaks volumes about the continuity of your business. Your staff are knowledgeable and versatile in all aspects of insurance and always helpful in finding a competitive or, as has been necessary in the past, in processing a claim.

In an age where everything is so impersonal, your company has the modern day approach, but with the personal service and customer comes first attitude, long forgotten by many.

Relief is what I felt after seeing Shene Insurance Brokers. They give clear and honest advice - and found me a great policy for my buildings insurance. Previously, I had inherited a'UK high street' insurance broker when my last independent insurance broker sold out. It was only by chance I discovered they had sold me the wrong policy for 3 years. Shene know what they are talking about and deliver excellent customer service. It will be a good feeling to have my policies all managed under one roof again.
