SL Privee is probably the most professional business I have ever come across!! I walked past the shop for a long time, thinking her merchandise looks too nice to stock what I need, like small back and G cup. When I finally decided to go in and ask her where I could buy NICE lingerie for what I need. Her answer was RIGHT HERE!! (like what a crazy question to ask) Now I don't shop anywhere else, and why would I !! Susana really makes a difference to women, in her honest and straight forward manner not just fitting you into what suits you best but also giving confidence about your body and soul and educating about what works and what doesn't. Thank you is all I can say, as it has changed my life xx

What fantastic service Susanna Lorena gives to her customers. I was in Richmond on a vacation while my husband was working. When I called SLPrivee to ask if they carried my bra size,the lady with whom I spoke said that indeed they had that size but she would still have to measure me when I came into the store. I was so surprised because I have not had that experience in years. But, sure enough, when I went to the store Susanna measured me and then informed me that my current bras were too large thus they were not giving me the fit I needed. I left the store with 3 bras and 1 panty to match as well as a couple of other items. Susanna was to ship the other matching panties. But when she called to tell me that she had ordered them she also told me that she had ordered another bra and panties that I had admired but were the wrong size as well as a functional black bra because she realized I had left the store without one. She then shipped everything to Switzerland for me and they arrive tout suite.
