Sonia helped me identify potential scenarios, and then delivered excellent training on a range of situations including a specific pediatric cpr course. The course was very well pitched to reflect my existing standard, and resulted in me feeling well placed to cope should an emergency happen. Sonia clearly knows her subject material incredibly well, and has an ability to translate potentially confusing procedures into understandably and practical action plans.
