Michael talked me though the problem first on the phone without initially coming out as he didn't want to cause me unnecessary costs. His diagnosis was indeed right on the phone and he came out swiftly and sorted out the problem. He worked quickly and efficiently and gave a very personable service. He left no mess either! A very honest tradesman and I recommend whole heartedly.

Michael was reliable and punctual in dealing with a broken tap in our kitchen. He first tried to see whether (cheaper) repair was possible before deciding replacement was necessary. When unexpected problems arose after that he was swift and professional in tackling them. Definitely recommended.

Michael Johnson was courteous and helpful. When he attended to plumb in my washing machine, and to discuss the installation of my water softener, he also proved to be reliable and punctual. He completed the job quickly - with no mess left behind - and at a very reasonable cost. I shall no doubt be using his services again and will be recommending him to friends.
