I needed my PC repaired urgently. Ralph pulled out all the stops to get me back to work in no time at all. And he's really friendly too. Just what a small businss needs.
Today was the second time we have called on Dial-A-Tech's services. As with last time (just over a year ago), Ralph was prompt and sorted out a range of issues with our computer in an efficient manner, keeping us in the picture as he proceeded. He inspired confidence in all he did. I would strongly recommend Dial-A-Tech.

Was recommended to Ralph. I'd blown up my computer by fiddling and hadn't backed up the hours & hours of work. Ralph was prompt, & very efficient in recovering the hard drive. Kept his appointment, was clearly very competent. Explained what was happening.
My computer 'crashed'. Dial-A-Tech Solutions visited me at home and attempted a rescue: not successful so took the computer away and tried a lengthier diagnosis. Conclusion - new computer needed. Within one week a new computer, new monitor, new keyboard together with my retrieved data was set up for me at home. New computer selected for me with my limited technical expertise in mind! Delighted with the service and the price.

This is the second time that I have had a severe contamination of my pc with intrusive software, e g viruses, malware and spyware. Although normally my installed software copes with these infections, sometimes I have had to call for help!. My saviour is Ralph Dilley; he comes promptly and succeeds where I cannot. Where would I be without his expertise? Highly recommended.

Excellent service re a virus removal. Came on time and worked speedily throughout. Reasonable cost. Recommended.

I have a p.c. and when it developed a fault, like most people
I had no idea how to fix it. I called Ralph, he came to my house the same day, gave me a laymanʼs explanation of
the problem, and within a few hours he had my p.c .up and running again.
It is good to know I can rely on this local service.

As I run a small business, my computer is vital. Iʼve had a number of problems over the past year and Ralph has always been just a phone call away to help out. I need to upgrade in the coming months and I hope to use Ralphʼs sales service to source a new computer, install it and transfer all my data for me - all jobs I just donʼt have the knowledge or time for.

Ralph has done several pieces of work on my personal pc over the past few years replacing my hard drive, reconfiguring my pc when it crashed and installing a network to link my sonʼs computer to mine. He is always very attentive, polite and prompt. I have no hestitation in highly recommending his services.
If you need IT suppport which is exceptional call Ralph at Dial-A-Tech Solutions. I first used Ralph when a client requested a change in their IT needs for a conference and gave me no notice, I contacted Ralph who turned out in the evening and had the system up and running when the clients arrived. He stayed on site during the event to ensure the client was happy. Since then I have used Ralph for my IT needs including usual system maintenence.
