Having experienced Heavenly Dish's delicious food on many occasions, I was really excited to hear they were launching their own Asian Style cookery classes - and they are brilliant. Matt is just the most talented and knowledgeable chef, so easy to learn from, Lynne is a fantastic hands on tutor. The whole course was just great fun - relaxed and easy, nice glass of wine in hand! All the dishes we learnt were superb and we have loved recreating them back at home. I'm just loving feeling more confident about what ingredients to buy, how to prepare them and how to fuse ingredients together for the most amazing flavours. Can't wait for Cookery Course 2!
