So sorry this hotel has not re-opened to the public. We made at least four journeys a year from Swansea to Rhyl. Our grandchildren and dog also loved the location, staff and welcome we were shown.

What can I say we was greeted by this lovely lady and she quickly sorted out seating arrangement as there was 6 of us and she told us they was busy and politely asked us if we could bear with them. Which we did they was all very friendly and the lady had a sense of humour which made us feel at home and they was very helpful. The menu was fab and priced well the breakfast was amazing . We was very satisfied with our food and drink returned 3 days later as was our last day of holiday for our last breakfast. Would HIGHLY recommend

First of all, the staff make everything simple so you can relax and enjoy. secondly the professional way their work is presented is a delight. what all businesses need is a lovely member of staff to make you feel confident in them. I will be calling back as soon as a celebration allows.

Sara and Mike did all the balloons for my wedding. They made several samples before hand, met me at hotel, tried them all with a sample table. They did everything and more to ensure the room was perfect on the day. The arch with the fairy lights looked fantastic at night. I have also used them for childrens parties and would highly recommend them to anyone. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they always work hard to ensure you are happy with the result. Thanks again xx
