Karate

Karate offers dynamic training for the mind, body and spirit.  The step by step program offered at John Lynn's Black Belt Academy is ideal for physical conditioning and improved muscle tone whilst teaching the art of self defence.  Karate is a high energy form of martial art which is proven to improve balance, fitness and confidence whilst at the same time reducing stress levels.

Classes are available for both adults and children, but please note that places are limited.

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a popular martial art with both men and women and is a great way to work out whilst learning self defence techniques.

John Lynn's Black Belt Academy offer Kickboxing classes in a fun and friendly environment with professional instructors. 

Koshin Ki

Koshin Ki is a Japanese martial arts program designed for people over 35 years of age.  In comparison to many other martial arts it's movements are a combination of gentle exercise and relaxation and are aimed at increasing overall wellbeing by improving circulation, lowering blood pressure and increasing strength and balance.

Koshin ki literally translates as "Renewal of Spirit" and is suitable for the elderly or those recovering from an injury or illness.

Tactical Urban Combat

This form of training focuses on quick and easy to learn defensive techniques and is now available at John Lynn's Black Belt Academy.
