2 and 8 miles and take 1 - 2 hours. Be at a moderate intensity, have 2 trained walk leaders, be FREE and require no specialist equipment.
The walk leader at the back will go at the pace of the slowest walker, the walk leader at the front will set a pace suitable for the group.
