I thought I would let you know how pleased I am with my new carpet and would like to say how very good your carpet fitters were. They were a tremendous help and nothing was too much trouble; they could not have been kinder.

I RECENTLY HAD A CARPET FITTED BY VICTORIA CARPETS AND WAS HIGHLY DELIGHTED, THE FITTER THAT CAME I CANNOT PRAISE ENOUGH , NOT ONLY DID HE DO A SUPERB JOB , BUT WAS A MOST DELIGHTFUL YOUNG MAN CALLED ANTHONY. IF THERE WERE MORE PEOPLE OUT THERE ARRIVING ON MY DOORSTEP TO DO WORK SO EHTHUSIASTICLY THE WORLD WOULD BE A BETTER PLACE , THE BEST CARPET I HAVE FITTED IN A LONG TIME AND I HAVE PLENTY, I SHOULD HAVE FOUND THIS YOUNG MAN ALONG TIME AGO SUCH A NICE MANNERED FELLA I HAVE NOT MET IN A LONG TIME, VICTORIA CARPETS HANG ON TO HIM IF YOU CAN.

I wish to place on record my appreciation of the standard of work carried out in my flat by Steve and Matthew. They arrived punctually, moved my fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and spent that day screeding the floors. The next day I returned to find all the kitchen equipment replaced (which they had tested to make sure there were no leaks) and the flooring completed. As well as taking away the old floor coverings, Steve and Matthew cleared up every bit of rubbish, internal and external. The standard of workmanship was very high and Steve especially was very conscientious and I am delighted with my new flooring.
