It’s day 11 of thebestof’s 14 Days of Love campaign, and we have seen lots of local people sharing the love and letting our Retford businesses know how much we appreciate them.
From the tradesman who always turns up when he says to the accountant that is always there when you need them; the restaurant that consistently delivers good food and service to the photographer who captured your wedding perfectly; The Best of Retford wants to hear about them!
The 14 Days of Love is all about showing our appreciation to local independent businesses – after all, they are the lifeblood of our communities and have kept the UK's economy going throughout the many trials and tribulations of the last few years.
All you have to do is write a testimonial about your favourite salon, hotel, plumber, retailer, restaurant... and in return for a couple of minutes of your time, you will be entered into our daily prize draw.
Today’s fantastic prize is a year’s supply of luxury chocolates. That’s right – every month for a whole year, you will receive free luxury chocolates! Of course, if you don’t have the time or inclination to share the love tonight, how does a pair of tickets to the concert or theatre performance of your choice (subject to availability) sound? They could be yours if you kiss and tell tomorrow (Sunday 12th February).
Calling all Retford businesses!
If you haven’t yet got involved in thebestof’s 14 Days of Love, there are only a few days left! Imagine the exposure you could get if you’re named ‘Retford’s Most Loved Business’? Or how about the most loved accountant/ electrician/ gardener in the UK?
You still have time to rise up thebestof’s Love-O-Meter – just let your customers know about the 14 Days of Love and ask them to write a testimonial. You can reach them in person, via email, social media... whatever you prefer.
