Dear Ross, I just wanted to publicly acknowledge what great services you provided me when repairing my boiler yesterday. Ross turned up on time, got on with the job and before I knew it all was sorted and he even serviced the boiler. All was done with the minimum of fuss and very very cost effectively! I would have no hesitation in recommending you as a fully trustworthy plumber / heating specialist and will most definitely be using you again in the future.
