Our Reigate health and fitness club opened in September 1994 with the aim to provide you with a facility that helps you achieve the fitness and/or weight loss results you are looking for in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

On opening in Reigate, 80% of our members were complete beginners and had never exercised before they joined The Fitness Zone. We provide a relaxed environment with no mirrors, just friendly, helpful & qualified staff.
All staff are qualified to minimum NVQ Level 2 who will work with you to help you achieve your fitness goals in a safe and effective way. We design specific exercise programmes for you to get you the results you want.
Our Life Fitness and Air Machine fitness equipment is easy to use and our staff will ensure that you are completely comfortable using it before leaving you on your own. If time is an issue, you can follow our specially formatted Fitness Express Workout in just 30 minutes. Walk In - Work Out - Walk Out in just 30 minutes!
We provide exercise classes for all ages, shapes & sizes using our special level structure, which include Spinning, Fat Burn, Bums & Tums. We also offer 6-week Pilates courses at an extra cost.
Most of our staff have been with the Reigate Fitness Zone for a long time and have built up special customer service relationships with most of our members. Dan Udall is the Business Manager of the fitness club and has been with us for five years and his team have all been with him for most of that time.
Our mission is quite simple - to provide a friendly caring service to both current and prospective members ensuring a level of customer care not seen in the fitness industry.
