I had no idea what to expect when I first went to see Kathryn but I am so pleased I did, as my experience really did change my life. After a traumatic time I was suffering with sleep difficulties and anxiety, I really couldn’t see any way out after having tried so any other types of healing. Kathryn’s manner was so very calming from the moment I walked in and I felt completely secure and happy in her presence. I only had a few sessions and was thrilled that they went so well. Kathryn not only physically helped me with her amazing hands on technique, but also gave me useful information and helped me mentally to release certain stresses and tensions I had. I still have no idea exactly what she did or how she did it but I am so very grateful, I had an uplifting and spiritual experience that is hard to describe but that I couldn’t recommend enough.
