Lacombe is a brilliant holiday property located in the south west of France in the picturesque Lot-et-Garonne region and has private access to the River Lot at the bottom of the garden.
The holiday accommodation can sleep up to 8 people and consists of:

- three bathrooms
- one bedroom has an ensuite and private entrance
- three bedrooms are located on the upper floor
- one on the lower floor with a separate shower room & WC
The kitchen in the holiday property has been fitted to a high standard containing modern appliances e.g. cooker, hob, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, w/machine and a large oak dining table.
The lounge leads off from the kitchen and has comfortable sofas, as well as local TV, video and DVD/CD player. And ideal for long hot summer afternoons, the lounge has double doors that lead onto the rear shaded terrace with barbecue facilities and seating for eight.
The garden on the south side of the house leads to the enclosed private pool area with sun loungers.

There is also private access to the river where you can relax and enjoy the view from the pontoon. Large Carp and Catfish can be found in the river. With a handy tackle shop for bait and equipment located in the nearby village of Ste Livrade it is ideal for fishing.
Lacombe is a superb holiday property for families with children, however, please be aware that the river front is not fenced off from the house, so care should be taken with very small children.
