It seems a number of residents are still very unhappy with the parking restrictions imposed by Morrisons at their Reigate store car park earlier this year.
Public opinion is so strong infact, that there are 2273 signatures on the petition opposing the restrictions.
Now that's a lot of people.

Most local residents and shoppers seem to feel that a fair level of restriction is acceptable during store opening hours, as has been the case for some time with the Safeways store there before Morrisons.
The main objections seem to be based around the covert manner the new restrictions were implemented, and continuing them out of hours. Many people were caught unawares, and most object to being tracked by 'big brother' cameras.
It also leaves a huge resource unused in the evenings and on Sundays, as the restrictions still apply out of shopping hours.
Morrisons partial u-turn under public pressure from the initial petition changed the evening restrictions to unlimited after 7pm, but the 'no return within 3 hours' rule still applied. The variation of rules is confusing and unclear, and still results in people getting fined when they least expected it.
Comments have also been made about the siganage around the car park, and how accessible and clear it is.
