And a little bird has told us that the Government funded London Train To Gain scheme has an extra £300k available - and it has to be spent by the end of March.
How could it help me?
All businesses are only as good as the skills it employs, and especially with ever-changing industries or legislations, keeping your staff up to date with the latest training is a must.
Train to Gain provides funding towards staff training, giving your company the essential skills needed to boost your performance. Other benefits include improving your business efficiency and staff motivation and confidence - all of which adds up to increased profits at the end of the day.
If you spend £1500 on training for your staff for example, you can claim back £1000 from the scheme. That means a great opportunity to boost your business profits for only a £500 outlay.
Who Qualifies?
Your business may qualify if you have 5 or more employees and haven't previously applied for the funding.
