Having worked with James over the last 12 months I have nothing but praise for him. First of all, he has a great work ethic and is very hard working. Whenever I ask him to contact one of my clients or look into Private Medical Insurance for one of my clients I can be sure that he will turn things around very quickly, put my clients at ease and trust he will get it right for that individual or family which is so vitally important. Perhaps what I have grown to like about him more than anything else however is his honesty. In a world where we struggle to trust anybody I have found someone I am comfortable in recommending. He is ethical to a point where he will not recommend a product if it not right for that client, often to his own detrement. I however believe that this is the only way to work and this is why I have no hesitation in recommending James not only to my clients but also to my friends and family.
