I write to thank you and all the team at Bairstow Eves Redditch for doing such an incredible and professional job of securing the sale on our property. We spent a total of 17 months on the market trying to sell our home, during this time we tried three of the top rated estate agents with no joy. Cont... It was a nightmare Nick did everything he could and we decided after taking advice from Mr Ahmad Jr that they had an ideal property for us, which we could rent. Pressure was being put on from our buyers. He said he had seen the details and had thought of us straight away. It had the details of a property that we were looking for and the owner was happy for us to take our dogs. The added plus for us was if we did like it, we could have the option of buying it after our rental time. For us it was the ideal solution.We were then put in touch with Elle who has helped us sort the rental out and negotiated with the owner. She too has been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I cannot end this letter without thanking Natalie who has been a delight at all times. Twelve months ago, my husband and I decided to put our house on the market in order to down size. We firstly went to ****** Estate Agents also in Redditch who promised us a great return on our house. After three months, two open days and not one viewing our hopes of selling our property were rock bottom as well as our morale.We decided to change estate agents and move to Bairstow Eves who were selling a property we were interested in at the time. The vendors spoke highly of them we decided to talk to them and ask advice.Mr Ahmad came to see us one Saturday morning he was down to earth and realistic about our property. We decided to go with Bairstow Eves, but we were not hopeful due to the lack of interest previously. We were put in touch with Joe who was a workhorse for us, within a week we had viewing after viewing we could not believe it. Joe also contacted us with properties we might be interested in looking at. He was professional, enthusiastic and extremely business like at all times with regards to our needs when buying. Whenever we had a viewing he contacted us next day with feed back suggestions and constructive comment, He was a delight to deal with. Eventually we had an offer on the property, we found one we liked, Joe advised us that the agent had over valued the one we wanted. He was right when we had our mortgage through, the house was valued and we lost it due to the fact that it was over estimated by £15,000.00 and we would not get a mortgage with such negative equity. This was three days before Christmas, we were crest fallen but yet again Joe found us a property that we liked on the same day we had lost the previous one.We at this point needed to apply for a new mortgage and Nick was introduced to us along with Natalie. Nick worked so very hard on our behalf trying to sort our mortgage. We were not a cut and dry case and we had to resubmit all our accounts again as it was a new year and I am self-employed. cont..
