We spent a total of 17 months on the market trying to sell our home, during this time we tried three of the top rated estate agents with no joy. After
our neighbour had a successful sale with Bairstows, I decided to give them a try, I spoke with Joe and he assured me that he would be able to sell our
property, he made this claim with confidence and assurance, the most important thing was I believed every word. After only 3 months (November to
January) of being on the market with Bairstows, they obtained a full price offer for our property, I thought the day would never come and I was
overjoyed. My only regret was that I did not try them sooner, I would have no hesitation in recommending Bairstow Eves to anyone thinking about selling
their property, they were an absolute pleasure to work with keeping constant contact so I was always informed of how things were progressing, they did

Twelve months ago, my husband and I decided to put our house on the market in order to down size. We firstly went to ****** Estate Agents also in Redditch who promised us a great return on our house. After three months, two open days and not one viewing our hopes of selling our property were rock bottom as well as our morale.We decided to change estate agents and move to Bairstow Eves who were selling a property we were interested in at the time. The vendors spoke highly of them we decided to talk to them and ask advice.Mr Ahmad came to see us one Saturday morning he was down to earth and realistic about our property. We decided to go with Bairstow Eves, but we were not hopeful due to the lack of interest previously.
We were put in touch with Joe who was a workhorse for us, within a week we had viewing after viewing we could not believe it. Joe also contacted us with properties we might be interested in looking at. He was professional, enthusiastic and extremely business like at all times with regards to our needs when buying. Whenever we had a viewing he contacted us next day with feed back suggestions and constructive comment, He was a delight to deal with.
Eventually we had an offer on the property, we found one we liked, Joe advised us that the agent had over valued the one we wanted. He was right when we had our mortgage through, the house was valued and we lost it due to the fact that it was over estimated by £15,000.00 and we would not get a mortgage with such negative equity. This was three days before Christmas, we were crest fallen but yet again Joe found us a property that we liked on the same day we had lost the previous one.We at this point needed to apply for a new mortgage and Nick was introduced to us along with Natalie. Nick worked so very hard on our behalf trying to sort our mortgage. We were not a cut and dry case and we had to resubmit all our accounts again as it was a new year and I am self-employed. cont..

I decided to sell my property with Bairstow eves not only because they came highly recommended, but also because out of all the agents that came to see my property, they seemed to be able to provide me with the best service.I was impressed with the competent and professional service that was provided to me by Bairstow eves. They sold my property (subject to contract) within nine days of me putting it on the market with them, which considering the current climate really says it all. In my opinion the details that Bairstow eves put together and the standard of the photography they used were fantastic. The way that Bairstow eves present the property’s they are marketing on their website and other property website seemed to me to be superior to the majority of other agents. I was also given useful advice about how best to present my property for viewings. Bairstow eves were also prepared to accompany every viewing which took place, which as a first time seller and a woman living on my own I found to be an extremely valuable service. I was always able to get hold of someone when I rang the office, which was reassuring to me as I can only assume that this meant that anyone wishing to view my property would be able to get hold of them too. This could have made all the difference to getting a viewing or not.I also found the fact that Bairstow eves ensured that all potential viewers were in a position to purchase my property reassuring, as this eliminated the possibility of wasting either mine or a potential purchasers time by showing someone around who was not able to make me an acceptable offer.Even though I was not buying a property that Bairstow eves were marketing, they still provided me with advice about my purchase, and were really helpful to me regarding this. The level of service provided by Bairstow eves is excellent. I definitely recommend them, and if I ever sell another property in the Redditch area again I would not even consider using another agent.
