We have recently had some pet sensors fitted in our home by your
company, my husband and I would like to say thank to your staff who
have come out on the past 3 occasions to fit 3 pet sensors then to fit
a 4th and finally to adjust a sensor after one of our cats set it off.
All of the staff that have visited us have been friendly, helpful and
very professional. We are so glad that we have used your company and

I thought all alarm companies were the same, quick to take my money and then you were left with a call centre.
Alert Alarms are a refreshing change, Bill and his team know how to make you feel as if you are there only customer. And when a problem occurs ( Powercut making the alarm keep ringing ) that wasn't Alerts fault, they were still happy to sort the problem and rescue me from complaing neighbours.

Prompt, Courteous, Friendly and Reliable.

We have recently had a 3 camera CCTV system installed in our home by Alert Alarms. It is always a bit of a nervous time having work done to your house, especially as we did not want any wires showing and Phil, the director of Alert, suggested running them under the bedroom floorboards. This was nearly enough to put me off having the system as previous experience of tradesmen has left me concerned for the state of my home after the work was done.

After much reassurance Alert Alarms were tasked with fitting the cameras to the front, near and side of the house. I can honestly say that the workmanship shown was second to none. We experienced no mess or interruption to our normal routine and I could not tell that the floorboards and carpets had been lifted.

We now have peace of mind that our home is protected. We can see who is coming to our property even when we are not there by either rewinding the recording and viewing it later or by live feed which we can access via our laptop from anywhere in the world.

We are delighted with the end result and we thoroughly recommend Alert Alarms to anyone who is looking to buy peace of mind for their home or commercial site. Alert Alarms show the old fashioned courtesy and work values that set them apart from other alarm companies. Thank you Phil and team for doing a splendid job.
