NEW RADIO STATION FOR REDDITCH
A new radio station for Redditch is set to hit the airwaves for another broadcast in November.
Radio Redditch will be launched on Monday 2nd November bringing listeners the latest news, sport, weather, interviews and music.
Organisers have already successfully completed several similar trials in Redditch and in Kidderminster, which eventually led to a full time commercial radio station for the town.
Radio Redditch will focus on the town, local people and commerce, as well as playing a great selection of music from the past five decades.
Radio Redditch will be different to the existing stations that can be heard in the area. It will be broadcasting from the heart of the community in The Kingfisher Centre.
The aim is to reflect the diverse nature of the community through the hand-picked blend of music and local interviews.
