The staff are highly knowledgeable and ensure that what you are ordering is fit for purpose; this is helpful as a retail customer. They seem genuinely interested in satisfying the customer, sadly a rarity in today's environment. And when we did have a small glitch they pulled out all the stops to resolve it.
