With my wife being as busy (if not busier) than me it is perhaps no surprise that small details like Professional Imdemnity Insurance renewals can arrive quicker than anticipated. However we did have a knight in shining armour to help....

Andrew Milverton of Cassey Millar James was not only able to sort out the correct level of insurance but also put us on cover immediately so that my wife's business was not compromised by leaving things a little late! I came to Andrew at Cassey Millar James with an insurance that was due for renewal relating to a stables from which I and my family run a livery service.

Andrew took the documents away and within a week had found some important details that were missing or had been overlooked in the policy.

The cost of renewal was not only slightly cheaper than before, but it was the reassurance that we were fully covered that will keep us coming back year after year.

Since moving responsibility for all my insurance to CMJ 5 years ago the whole process had become significantly easier and more efficient. The demands of sorting out multiple car, building and contents insurance policies has been simplified and the policy recommendations are always chosen with the customer in mind. The fact that from the outset you had a fundemental understanding of our type of business, the types of insurance that we needed and the service we expected in the event of a claim was hugely important and somewhat surprising considering the other supposed construction specialist brokers touting for our business. The fact that you then provided detailed quotes giving better cover at similar and better rates was the icing on the cake.
