Denise made an absolutely lovely 100th birthday cake for my mother. It was a very moist sponge cake but lasted well for several days, marzipan underneath, lemon and mauve icing and beautiful hand-made flowers on top. Everyone asked who had made the cake! Denise cannot be recommended highly enough for her design and expertise. Very impressive and easy to communicate one's wishes.

Brilliant value and an exciting way to see Thanets beautiful coastline. Tony knows his stuff whether it is sightseeing or fishing or spotting seals. It is very clear he knows the sea and has plenty of local knowledge to bring the trip alive.

I've used this Off Licence since it first opened, mainly because its close to my flat(s) (I've moved). Since drinking less now I still use Moonshine Billys mainly for cashing cheques, paying bills and buying fruit juice or lighters and then because the staff where helpful, knowledgeable and all round "Good Eggs" I prefer to use it when I can. If you need an off licence where's there's staff that know what their doing then look no further than Moonshine Billys

We gave Denise very little notice and she still managed to make a fantastic fruit cake for our daughtres 18th. Everyone commented, even the restaurant staff who all came for a look as word got out how good it was.
