The Thanet Walking Festival is now in its 4th year. The 2006 event offers one town walk and 2 country walks to choose from every day, between Sunday 7th and Saturday 13th May. The town walks through Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Margate take between one and two hours whilst the country walks take rather longer and include a lunchtime pub stop.
All these walks are led by experienced leaders. Country walks are limited to a maximum of 30, so booking is essential.
